What Happens If My Artwork Fails the Preflight Check?

If your art file has 'failed' preflight, it means that there is some area or areas of the artwork submitted which falls below our printing specs and may not print properly. You will receive an email from our Support team with a detailed report of the concerns. They will provide options on how to correct the concerns, where possible.

Please note, your entire order will be placed on hold if there is an artwork concern. This may impact the original quoted shipping date.
