Short answer: files with "live fonts" aren't printable. Make sure to convert your fonts to "outlines" before placing an order.
In graphic design terms, "live fonts" refer to text that is editable as text. This allows for the text's font and other characteristics to be adjusted. If a live font is submitted to us, fonts may be replaced with our default font and will compromise the overall look of your artwork.
To avoid this, we recommend converting your live fonts to "outlines." This will change the text into shapes that can be worked with by our Preflight team ensuring that the transfer is printed exactly as you envisioned.
