      Turnaround Times and Shipping Information

      Detailed information on our turnaround times for screen printed heat transfers, including shipping options.

      Ships Same Business Day for Orders (With Print-Ready Art*) Placed by 12PM EST

      DTF Available for Pickup Same Day For Orders (With Print-Ready Art*) Placed by 12PM EST

       

      Ships Next (1) Business Day For Orders (With Print-Ready Art*) Placed by 3PM EST

      If you place your order before 3:00PM EST Monday it will ship Tuesday. If you place your order after 3:01PM EST Monday it ships Wednesday.

      Ships in Two (2) Business Days For Orders (With Print-Ready Art*) Placed by 3PM EST

      If you place your order before 3:00PM EST Monday it will ship Wednesday. If you place your order after 3:01PM EST Monday it ships Thursday.



      Ships in Three (3) Business Days For Orders (With Print-Ready Art*) Placed by 3PM EST

      If you place your order before 3:00PM EST Monday it will ship Thursday. If you place your order after 3:01PM EST Monday it ships Friday.

      *Ship date estimates are subject to change. Ship date estimates are based on print-ready files received by cut-off time. Artwork concerns may delay your order.

      Turnaround times are based on business-days and do not include weekends or observed holidays. Orders placed online during our closed hours will be processed the next business day.

      Daily Order Cut-Off Time for Standard Pickup and Shipping is 3PM EST Monday through Friday 

      All Items Will Ship Together If Ordered Together*

      If your order includes different product types with different turnaround times, we will follow the longer turnaround time, and ship both items then. For example, if you order a product with one (1) day turnaround and another product with two (2) days, the entire order will ship in two (2) days. 

      Direct to Film (DTF) transfers ship from our Florida & New Jersey facility. If ordered with our screen printed transfers, they will ship the same day, but may arrive in separate shipments.

      UPS Options

      • UPS Ground: Most affordable delivery method.  Click here for UPS Ground Map! Use our Zip Code: 07430 for all screen printed transfers. Use our Zip Code: 34652 for all DTF transfers.
      • UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivers in two (2) business days by end of day
      • UPS Next Day Air: Delivers in one (1) business day between 10AM - 12PM
      • UPS Next Day Air Saver: Delivers in one (1) business day by 3PM - 4:30PM (most commercial destinations) or by end of day (residential destinations)
      • UPS Next Day Air Early: Delivers in one (1) business day as early as 8AM to most major cities in the US or by 9:30AM in most other cities
      • UPS Next Day Air Saturday Delivery: Available to most business - not always available for some residential deliveries. Please contact our support team for inquiries and qualified zip codes.

      Please note - as UPS is a third-party shipper, we cannot guarantee their delivery times.

      Need a shipping alternative to UPS?  Contact our support team and we will give you some options which may include: FedEx or USPS. 

      USPS Options: Available by Request

      Customers can request USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express by contacting our support team. This will add one (1) extra business day to the turnaround time of your order. 

      As of October 1st, 2021, USPS made major changes to several services. As such, we can not guarantee any shipment through USPS. There is no insurance or coverage for USPS options. By choosing USPS as your shipping method, you assume all risk and responsibility for lost/damaged orders. 

      Potential Order Delays

      We know our customers love our fast turnaround times and dependable service. We do everything we can do make sure your order ships on time. 

      Artwork Concerns

      Our pre-production team will perform a 15-point check on your design to ensure it’s ready to print. If there are any questions or concerns with your artwork, we will send a detailed email with options for getting your artwork adjusted and back on track. Most notifications are sent via the email address assigned to your online account. Please keep an eye on your inbox, in case there is any art concern. The sooner we hear from you, the sooner we can get your order back on track and avoid order delays. Your production schedule begins when the art is finalized.

      Inclement Weather

      Working in New Jersey, we've weathered quite a few storms. But Mother Nature can be unforgiving. Extreme weather that creates unsafe or hazardous conditions may delay your order. 

      Six Thirteen Originals will not guarantee your order will ship out on the day that it's scheduled. We do our best to maintain daily production schedules, however due to the nature of our manufacturing process, unforeseen events may occur which may cause a delay.

      Holiday Shipping Information

      Thursday, November 28: Closed

      Our production facility will be closed on Thanksgiving Day. Most parcel carriers, including UPS, will not be delivering packages on these days.

      Here’s how turnaround times will be affected:

      • Orders placed on 11/27, by 3pm EST* with a 1 day turn will ship on Friday, 11/29
      • Orders placed on 11/27, by 3pm EST* with a 2 day turn will ship on Monday, 12/2

      Friday, November 29: Open, Seasonal Hours

      We will operate on a limited business schedule with our standard 3pm EST* order cutoff time.  Our Support team will be available from 9am EST to 2pm EST.
