Short answer: no. The artwork to be printed needs to be 100% opaque (solid)
Transparencies in artwork refers to elements in an artwork that has a see-through effect. We print using solid opaque inks. This means that we cannot print transparencies.
There are some options for giving the illusion of transparencies including halftoning your artwork for 1,2 or 3 color designs. For full color CMYK transfers you can request that we flatten a transparent part of your artwork onto a PMS color that matches the garment color. This can help print a transparent look to your transfers while still printing with solid opaque inks.
