Short answer: Nope!
Mirrored or 'reversed' artwork refers to the design being horizontally flipped. Your artwork should be submitted as you envision the final design on the shirt, you SHOULD NOT mirror your artwork, we will do that for you when printing!
The transfers you receive will be mirrored; this way, when you apply them, the final product will appear as intended.
